If you forget your rsn password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address or username. You can adjust most account preferences by logging into rsn and visiting your Account Settings page. There you can update your email address, phone number, password, and notification preferences. You can also view your transaction history, manage linked payment methods, and review your account balance. If you want to temporarily pause your account—for example, during a holiday like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha—contact our support team via live chat or email. We can help you temporarily restrict access to your account or arrange other adjustments. If you want to close your account permanently, you must contact support and confirm the request; we will process your final withdrawal and close the account within a few business days.

We at rsn offer support via three channels. Live chat is available during business hours and offers immediate help for most questions. Email support is available 24 hours per day; we respond to all inquiries within a few hours, usually much faster. Phone support is also available during business hours if you prefer to speak with someone directly. You can access live chat and email from the rsn website footer, or by logging into your account and clicking the support button. When you contact us, please include as much detail as possible about your question or issue—for example, the date of a transaction, the payment method you used, or the game you were playing. This helps us resolve your issue faster.

Payments and transactions

rsn does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge you their own fees for using their service. For example, if you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, those services may deduct a small processing fee depending on your account type and the transaction amount. Bank transfers via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment may also incur charges from your bank. We recommend checking with your bank or payment provider about their fee schedules before you initiate a transaction. All fees imposed by external providers are the responsibility of the user and are not set by rsn.

When you request a withdrawal on rsn, we first verify the request to ensure it complies with our policies and legal requirements. Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within one business day. Once approved, we send the funds to your original payment method—typically online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank account. The final arrival of funds depends on your bank or payment provider; this usually takes one to two more business days. Total time from withdrawal request to funds in your account is typically two to three business days. However, during busy periods or if we need to contact you for additional verification, the process may take longer. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected window, contact our support team and we will investigate.

Promotion codes are entered during account setup or in your Account Settings under the "Promotions" section. When you first sign up with rsn, you will see an optional field where you can paste a promotion code if you have one. This code will activate the associated offer—such as a welcome bonus or special cashback—on your account. If you already have an account and want to redeem a promotion code, log in and go to Account Settings, find the Promotions tab, and enter the code there. Each code is valid only once per account and may have an expiration date. If you receive an error message when entering a code, check that you have copied it correctly and that it has not expired.
